Our Classes

Kids Kung Fu Class

Our Kids Classes range from 5 years old to 12 years old. They will learn the fundamentals and build a strong foundation of Kung Fu. Each class starts off with stretches and warming up with push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, and jumping jacks.

After warming up the kids will work on stances. This develops discipline and strength for their legs. It is also the foundation of their kicks and and forms.

We work patiently with each child as everyone learns at different speeds. To progress through our belt system is fairly simple and something the kids can understand early on as they work diligently each day.

Kids beginning classes are every Tuesday & Thursday from 5pm-6pm.

Kids Intermediate Classes are every Wednesday & Friday from 5pm-6pm

Adult Kung Fu Class

Our Adult Kung Fu Classes run every Tuesday & Thursday from 6pm-7pm and Saturday open class from 11am-12pm.

Intermediate & Advance Classes run every Tuesday & Thursday from 7pm-8pm.

Our beginner class is focused on building a strong foundation by working on the basics such as stances, kicks, and hand techniques.

Every class starts with proper stretching and warming up.

Each student will begin to develop the strength, conditioning, and flexibility needed to to progress through our belt system.

There 8 levels in our belt system from white belt to black belt.

Kickboxing Class

Our Kickboxing classes focuses on strength and condition with the emphasis on proper technique. Each class digs deep into getting a great workout while still working on their techniques.

If you’re looking to get a great workout, learn a new sport, or even get into learning how to fight. This is a great class for you!
